Requests and quotes
Submitting a request does not create an order, reserve inventory, or guarantee availability. Product specifications, condition, quantity, pricing, taxes, shipping costs, warranty eligibility, return terms, and expected lead times are confirmed in a written quote.
Quotes are valid only for the period and scope stated in the quote. A changed quantity, configuration, delivery location, or acceptance date may require a revised quote.
Order approval and payment
An order may move forward after the buyer approves the written scope and completes the agreed billing, delivery, and payment requirements. RD Suppliers may decline or cancel a request when information cannot be verified, payment is not completed, an item becomes unavailable, or an order presents a legal, security, or fulfillment concern.
Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates are confirmed before order approval. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Carrier delays and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. Tracking information is provided when available.
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and serviceable delivery address and for reporting visible shipment damage or shortages promptly.
Returns and cancellations
Return eligibility depends on the product and the terms presented before purchase. Do not return an item without written authorization. Special-order restrictions, return windows, restocking fees, condition requirements, and final-sale terms may apply and should be reviewed before order approval.
An order may not be cancellable after procurement or fulfillment activity begins. Any available cancellation terms are determined for the specific order.
Condition and warranty
The condition of each quoted item should be identified in writing. Do not assume that an item is new, refurbished, open-box, or used unless the quote states the condition.
Manufacturer warranty eligibility varies by product, condition, manufacturer, and source. RD Suppliers does not make a blanket promise of manufacturer warranty coverage. Any applicable warranty information should appear in the quote or order documents.
Independent supplier and trademarks
RD Suppliers is an independent business. Manufacturer and product names are used only to identify requested products. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. No manufacturer affiliation, endorsement, or authorization is implied unless expressly documented in writing.
Acceptable website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful requests, impersonate another person or business, or provide information you are not authorized to use. Automated activity that disrupts the website or business process is prohibited.
